  1. I never left the peeling on my mashed potatoes before, I really loved these. I didn’t miss the milk or butter at all. So good with the mushroom gravy. Why did I wait so long to try these??

  2. How can you go wrong with mashed potatoes right? Well you can’t with this recipe. Very easy to make and goes good with lots of stuff for any meal of the day (yes I’ve eaten it for breakfast!) 😉

  3. Made this for my first non-animal Thanksgiving dinner, absolutely amazing especially with the mushroom gravy. Will Definitely be making these again.
I don’t know how I found your site but I am very thrilled I did! Looking forward to making more of Julie’s recipes. 🙂

  4. I like some of the recipes but you use A LOT of soy products I am just not sure if that is healthy, I could be wrong but I am afraid it will mess with my hormones, any thought’s on this.

  5. I made these and put the extra gravy from the Roast-less Pot Roast over them. It was so good. Next time, I’m going to make the Mushroom Gravy to go with them.

  6. Thanks for your response. It works fine on my work computer but now it doesn’t work on my Ipad So if I reset the password, am I going to be OK on my other computers? I love your stuff so would like to figure it out so it’s the same everywhere. Judy

    1. Once I changed my password to a personal one ,clicked on remember me when I signed in, I have not had any problems on any of my computers! I love the site julie! It is very informative and I have learned a lot thanks!

  7. I subscribed once and forgot the password and now have to go through a bunch of stuff to retrieve it. I read a lot of vegan blogs and you are the only one that makes people subscribe and go through all this. I think it is a mistake to make it difficult to read your blog. I probably will not keep reading if signing in is required. You will also loose some other readers. I routinely read lunchbox bunch.com, jlgoesvegan.com, ohsheglows.com and straightupfood.com. In my experience, if you make it difficult, people will not come.

    1. I’m sorry this was a problem for you. I want it to be as easy as possible. The log in is a new feature and we have ironed out the kinks. You can now log in with your own pass word and click remember me. I offer my site for free to the users. This is funded by me alone and I have to track usage. People weren’t registering before I required it. I’ve been told by other users its not a big deal to ask them to log in once to have access to all of my recipes. If you are still having trouble I can delete your account so you can create an easier to remember password? I want this to be as user friendly as possible and I appreciate your feed back. Best of Health to You, Julie Marie
