Love at first bite was my experience with these ready-made grab and go colorful jars of breakfast. My schedule has become jam packed and this recipe makes breakfast a no brainer I can prep days in advance. The simple whole food ingredients are all stocked in your PD pantry and freezer. All that’s needed is a few minutes invested before bed, a couple jars and an appetite for these delicious refrigerator oats.

I love these! I make breakfast for the week on weekends, and can just line up the containers, fill, stir, and top with frozen fruit. Takes less than 5 minutes to make a weeks worth of breakfast.
Just wanted to add this additional comment now that I have made this recipe several times. When I end up with 2 or 3 ripe bananas that need to be used up or frozen I like to make the oat and yogurt parfaits. My favorite so far is made with bananas and frozen cherries! So delicious. Also, I started making the smaller portion size in the larger jars to have room to stir it up before eating.
I made one of these yesterday just knowing that I would not like it. Had it for breakfast this morning and it was awesome. I see lots of these for breakfast in my future! Thanks Julie! Made mine with soymilk btw because I don’t have a yogurt maker…yet!
This is so filling and convenient to eat. I make five on Sunday evenings so i have breakfast for the entire week:)
How long would they last in the fridge?
3 days…as I mentioned in the video
Always love overnight oats. Easy and satisfying… Thanks for sharing.
