Pressure Cooked Chocolate Cake Premium PD Recipe

This sugar-free cake recipe was designed for the health-focused chocolate cake lover who is in need of a perfectly cooked fuss-free fix. It’s outstanding for the Instant Pot obsessed or on summer days when the hot oven is not an option. Cake nuked in a mug never did it for me, so I had to find a way to make a cake small enough for personal cake emergencies. This small single layer cake will satisfy you and three of your favorite people, but it was created for solo chocolate cake lovers to nosh on twice without committing to a baking project producing a week’s worth of cake.

Love this cake! So moist, and the perfect size to enjoy on a random evening when cake is needed. Delicious!

I made this without erythritol. Served it with frosty as suggested. Very delicious chocolate fix.

My birthday cake tonight was a big hit! First time making this and it came out perfectly. One layer frosted with Creamy Chocolate Frosting was perfect for our family gathering, son in law doesn’t indulge in sweets much so he actually appreciates the PD baked goods/treats that I serve and they don’t worry about Easton having a PD dessert. Speaking of Easton he didn’t even bother with his fork tonight, just picked up his serving of cake and chowed down and he laud claim to a portion of the small leftover piece to go with his lunch tomorrow. I can see making this often for a chocolate treat.
