Just hate this for diner. oh! buy it is excellent. I made without the hot pepper flakes because of my kids and I added 1\2 tea spoon of cumin. I served it on whole grain brown rice because my husband eats a lot ah ah ah!! The garlic taste was amazing and my kids loved it!!

I haven’t made this recipe in over 10 years. I would have it simple and alone.

I’m a little confused about when to add the lentils. Is it at the end?

This was amazing! I love the way the flavors of the roasted garlic, red pepper flakes, and cumin blended together. I added about 6 cups of spinach; next time I’ll add the full 8 cups.
