    I’d never roasted squash or the seeds like this before. It’s so easy to do! I used the squash for the delicious Roasted Squash Soup with Smoked Paprika, and I really enjoyed the seeds, which I’d never tried before!

    I do not like squash but I had one in the house and wanted to use it up. This recipe is so simple. and so good. I actually ate the whole squash. I had it with broccoli and potato wedges from this site and poured Italian dressing over it but the squash was really good all by itself. Now, I can say I like squash. Yum, it was good.
