This is the easiest way to prepare squash. This method builds sweet roasted flavor with very little preparation and no peeling. Enjoy it straight out of the bowl nature provided or blend it up in Roasted Squash Soup , No Fat Not-Yo Cheeze Sauce or for an Indian dinner of Roasted Squash Curry.

  1. I’d never roasted squash or the seeds like this before. It’s so easy to do! I used the squash for the delicious Roasted Squash Soup with Smoked Paprika, and I really enjoyed the seeds, which I’d never tried before!

  2. I do not like squash but I had one in the house and wanted to use it up. This recipe is so simple. and so good. I actually ate the whole squash. I had it with broccoli and potato wedges from this site and poured Italian dressing over it but the squash was really good all by itself. Now, I can say I like squash. Yum, it was good.
