  1. My new favorite salsa and better than any I have ever had at a restaurant! Soooo easy to make! Definitely need to double that batch though, no doubt about it on this one. This will be my next dip to bring to a party for sure!! I left out the seeds but it had a perfect amount of heat to it. Love the roasted black bits in it!

  2. Delicious. I should’ve doubled the batch. I wanted to save some for my husband to try but I kept eating it. Hard to believe how easy it was to consume an entire pint of tomatoes! I used a large jalapeño pepper with all the seeds. Next time I will double the recipe but take the seeds out of one of the peppers. Broiled the veggies for 23 min in my toaster oven.

  3. This salsa is EXCELLENT! I have served it to guests and at a party last night. Everyone loved it and raved about it. I double or triple the recipe. I keep the seeds from 1 of the jalapenos and it definitely has a kick with that amount. I never have any leftover, maybe I need to make 2 triple batches!
