Southwestern Pasta Toss Free PD Recipe

Southwestern Pasta Toss - ©

Pasta and Southwestern flavors are two of my all time favorites. This fast and flavorful toss together pasta dish is hot, hearty, and served up in 30 minutes. This is a simple dinner with the warmth of cumin, spicy heat of the jalapeño and cooled off by the refreshing lime and cilantro.

Wow! Why did this one take me so long to make! Delicious!! I love the flavor of the tomato sauce and the nutritional yeast together.

This is one of my favorite recipes! I’ve never been much of a pasta fan, but I think it was the sauces I didn’t like. This one is so flavorful, especially with fresh garden tomatoes and jalapenos. This will definitely be a regular!
