This is a remake of an old favorite from the mall where I worked as a teenager. It was served at Loves, a pick your toppings salad take away place. This was the most popular dressing they served, light, sweet & loaded with spices & herbs. I loved Loves because they gave you the option of having your salad chopped. The small square chopped pieces allowed me to pour on this delicious vinaigrette, close the plastic salad box and give the salad a good shake. I’m thrilled to have a oil-free & sugar-free version of this dressing to shake up all my salads with.
