So yummy and different! I love that the variety of salad dressings keep salads yummy and not boring. I added 6 or 8 drops of liquid stevia.

Julie, do you think you could use chia seeds instead of poppy seeds?

You could try it, but the chia seeds will create a gel like texture. I would just skip the seeds if you don’t have them.

Just wanted to say I LOVE this dressing! It is my favorite so far! Soooo good! I am making it again this week and I may do strawberries and fresh blueberries in my salad.

This recipe makes 2 cups. Depends how heavy you dress your salad.
