Ingredients:
- ½ cup erythritol
- ¼ cup tapioca starch
Directions:

- Use a high-speed blender with a completely dry blender pitcher
- Add measured erythritol and tapioca starch
- Before blending, place a piece of plastic cling wrap under the lid to keep blended powder neatly inside
- Blend on high for 30 seconds, until powdered (extended blending will cause clumping)
- Remove using a spatula to scrape down the sides
- A small funnel will help transferring into a shaker container or closed container
- To dust onto baked goods, use a shaker container, empty salt shaker, a tea strainer or a mesh strainer
- Shake and tap to release onto baked goods
