Sugar-Free Royal Icing Premium PD Recipe

2020-12-15

Royal Icing is a confection decoration dating back to the 1800s, most famously used to decorate Queen Elizabeth’s wedding cake. With my healthy recipe remake, I feel like a plant-based Martha Stewart, decorating Sugar-Free Gingerbread cut-out cookies for Christmas and drizzling it on all our healthy Protective Diet desserts without getting sugar-jacked.

The icing is fantastic. So quick and easy to make I’ve used it on many different items. Not just cookies. Most recently I used it on the Apple Fritter cake for beautiful presentation! This is a great addition to the PD kitchen!
