Protective Diet sandwiches are now even better with this Ultimate Plant-Based Mayo which is so deliciously creamy, simple and inexpensive to make. I’ve enjoyed the PD House mayo and the PD Whipped Miracle Spread, but this version has become my absolute favorite. My taste buds have come alive after years of practicing a diet free of fats and sugars, and low in sodium. This version is creamier and milder, just like traditional mayo. I tossed this into Skinny Chick In Salad, topped a BBQ Burger, layered it on a Faux BLT, stirred it into a batch of Spinach Dip and spread it on a Green Burrito.

This mayo is so quick and creamy. I love the slight tang of the vinegar. Perfect on Any Sandwich!
Mmmmm…creamy yumminess!!
This mayo definitely surprised me~ I may like it better than the whipped miracle which is my normal go to~
Love it, i did sub in lemon juice for the water. I considered vinegar based on the other mayo recipes here, but lemon is what I saw as an ingredient in my fav vegan commercial mayo, so tried it and i like it!
I tried the Mayo, and it was thick and I would love to put this on a Baked Potato!
Crazy how simple and good this is. My family was in disbelief when I said it wasnt the usual store bought stuff. Thank you!
Would this not work if my tofu was already frozen and thawed? Is it necessary to use fresh tofu?
No, Freezing tofu changes it’s texture to be sponge like.
Sorry but frozen tofu has a different texture when thawed and there are alot of recipes that you can use it for. But for this you will need to use fresh.
Amazing!! Thank you, Julie!!!
Yum! I added a tablespoon of lemon juice as I liked Hellman’s mayo. It has a lemony note. It’s hard to believe there isn’t any oil in this mayo!
My taste buds are still acclimating, but this tasted great by using a little more of each seasoning. Love having a mayo again. Thanks.
I didn’t think you could improve on the House Mayo, I was wrong Julie . This Rocks, I used it in my Potato Salad and added the Relish, OMG was it Delicious!!!
Why has no one commented on this AMAZING mayo yet?? The name is perfect, it is so creamy and delicious it truly is the ULTIMATE mayo. You need to make this if you are using any other plant based mayo and especially if you are still using a SAD version.
