I am a huge fan of the PD onion and chive cream cheeze recipe, but remember veggie cream cheese from my childhood and this one hit the spot. I have been enjoying this on toasted boule, and as a sandwich spread, and on celery. So delicious and so easy to make…just requires patience while you wait for the yogurt to strain!
