Veggie Cream Cheeze Premium PD Recipe

This recipe showcases how my dairy-free cream cheeze method has evolved to eliminate hormone-inhibiting, endocrine-disrupting microplastic exposure with greater ease and convenience, satisfying our cream cheese desires. With my daily sprouting system, we are topping sliced Bodacious Boules and toasted Everything Bagels protective deli style and celebrating our sustainable slim down as a family.

  1. I am a huge fan of the PD onion and chive cream cheeze recipe, but remember veggie cream cheese from my childhood and this one hit the spot. I have been enjoying this on toasted boule, and as a sandwich spread, and on celery. So delicious and so easy to make…just requires patience while you wait for the yogurt to strain!
