I was skeptical… at first!I have to admit when my mother suggested this idea of no meats, dairy, oils, etc. I was highly skeptical. Those are all the things I love about food! Then we made some of the recipes, starting with sauces like the sweet mustard dressing, ketchup, etc. I loved them. We then moved on to snacks like mock-tuna salad and I was shocked to discover it tasted identical to its counterpart. we then moved on to full meals like lasagna and burgers and I have to say… I do not find myself craving the processed fat and chemical-filled counterparts as I thought I would.
I was 310 pounds when I started 3 weeks ago, I’m down to 295 and my energy levels have increased, I don’t feel bloated or sluggish.
