I have always loved to cook. When the kidlet and I went vegan 7 years ago, it inspired me even more in the kitchen. But then I became an empty-nester and after a while I found it hard to maintain the excitement, the energy I used to have in meal planning, meal prep and cooking. One of the many things that Julie has given me with PD is that spark back. Food has turned back into a joy rather than a task. Meal time has become fun again, not just another item to check off the “to do” list. Thank you Julie, I can’t wait to for the rest of the PD journey!
