    Since Aug ’13 Protective Diet (PD) has saved my life.

    PD has made it fun and easy to prepare food. Even when I’m tired, I get such joy from making dinner and lunch for the next day. My grocery bills have dropped $40/week. I especially like that PD is environmentally amazing: no palm oil, less packaging than processed prepared foods, and cruelty free. I am so happy to be consuming as much clean, diverse, energizing, and delicious food as I want.

    In ‘06 I wanted to get in shape so I hired a personal trainer who taught me to use the machines and free weights at the gym. Working out 5 days/wk I lost about 30 lbs, but when allergies prevented my working out so heavily I gained it back. I was in an abusive relationship and my back was severely injured. An MRI in Sep ’12 revealed 2 of my lower disks were degenerating. Pain meds led to more weight gain, bloating & digestive issues. I was unable to walk for 4 months and a dark downward depressive spiral overtook me.

    For the first time in my life, I didn’t gain weight over winter. I’ve received more compliments than I can count and have the confidence to try on a bikini for the 1st time in my life. I turn 40 in Jan in the best shape of my life, without back pain or working out.

    The online PD community includes everyone from seniors to children and is overflowing with support. PD radiates positivity and embraces optimum health.
