31 day detox

Yesterday was the end of my 31 day detox. I didn’t plan on a variation of OMAD (One Meal A Day) it just sorta happened. I decided I would listen to my hunger signals. I just wasn’t hungry much before dinner time. I did have a banana 4 days during my detox before meal time. Hubby and I ate dinner about 6:30. Then at 8:00 we had an orange and blueberry muffin for dessert. I know I was supposed to eat all at the same time, but this worked for hubby and he didn’t buy any off plan candy or ice cream. He was not plant based all the time, but cut back and did try all my food. Some days he would eat all plant based so this is a big score. I am ready for February and continued journey. Thanks y’all for welcoming be back. I lost 23.2 pounds. My knees stopped hurting after two weeks. I am feeling good.
