I am loving Protective Diet Ed! I have been studying plant based nutrition for about 2 years already, but I have learned so much from Julie. Her courses taught me about food additives and helped me make my McDougall style plant based diet even HEALTHIER! I feel great and continue to lose weight and have more energy. I have finally eliminated coffee and all sugar and I no longer have cravings or energy crashes. I look forward to the Tuesday night classes and being able to ask Julie any questions about that week’s topic or about following a Protective Diet in general. I also love the fact that we have access to the videos of the courses to watch anytime we want, I learn more each time I watch again. Last, but not least, the new exclusive recipes
