Working full-time outside my home with a ninety-minute commute each way and a few side hustles, yet I had plenty of time to maintain my obesity. I would stop at the store for sweets and pick up carry-out daily. I would binge-eat for a couple of hours in front of the TV every day. I was a Junk food zombie who had to get a fix every night.
Once I decided to stop abusing myself, I had several hours every night to take care of myself and get healthy. I came home from work and cooked protectively, taught myself new cooking skills, remade recipes, packed leftovers as my protective lunch, got proper sleep, and organized my workplace for wellness.
The results were so exciting that I became hooked on healthy eating! This is how my 150-pound weight loss journey began.
I’ve joyfully maintained my results with exciting protective meals—from size 22 to Size 2! I have practiced PD OMAD (one protective meal a day) every day since 2018. Preparing and eating one meal a day has saved me more time. OMAD Day Fasting and Feasting Protectively improved my mood, energy, fitness, skin, food satisfaction, travel meals, sleep, and protection from disease.
