PD and Day Fasting

I am so grateful to have found Jerry and Julie in my life. I have always known that a whole foods lifestyle of eating is the right way for us to eat. I just did not know how to start and what to eat. With Protective Diet, I have all the great meal plans and support and encouragement that I need daily and weekly. I committed on January 3, 2022, to change my life with the food I eat. My commitment was to eat according to the PD plans and also to day fast.
I weighed myself on January 3, 2022 at 315lbs. As of January 31, 2022 I have lost 21 pounds so far. I have really enjoyed day fasting because I don’t have to think about what I am going to eat for breakfast or lunch and thoroughly look forward to feasting at dinner. My energy levels are high and I am sleeping so good every night and waking up early in the morning as a part of my plan. Plus I am losing weight and protecting my body. The first week was rough but after that the hunger was gone and the cravings were gone as well. Foods that were never really enjoyable taste amazing. I love steamed cabbage and cauliflower. I am resetting my body to enjoy the food that God and Nature intended for us to eat. A protective diet lifestyle is fun!!!!!
