Why did I decide? I wanted to clean up some habits ( coffee, protein bars and common myths) BAM! I have been vegan/ plant based for years but I was living with so many restrictions! I have gone to healthy food heaven! Am I big cook? No! Can I follow these recipes? YES. Is there variety? YES! Is their constant feedback? YES! Is there proof? Not only in the founders but in this community backed by research. Never before has this been so important! I’m leaner now than in my entire life and feel fantastic! You can too.
