  1. One of my new favorites! Very yummy and the dressing is incredible, I like spicy so I added an extra teaspoon of pepper flakes and WOW that gave it a little too much spice even for me. The guys that tried it said it was excellent but my husband didn’t care for it because of the cold noodles. Who knew I would find out something I didn’t know about my husband through your website! 🙂

  2. I need to try this again. I felt shorted on the dressing, as it didn’t seem nearly enough for the 2 pounds of rice noodles I used. This left the noodles tasting very dry, with the cabbage carrying a stronger taste than the dressing. I had hoped it would taste better the next day, but the noodles were too dry and the cabbage was all that I could taste. I had thoughts of mixing up more dressing and adding it to the salad, but I skipped it and didn’t finish eating the salad.

    Next time I think I will cut the noodles used in half and use a fresh head of cabbage. The bagged cole slaw mix I bought just didn’t cut it. But, it could have been old or a day away from the sale date. I just couldn’t get over the overpowering taste of cabbage, which was something I didn’t expect. I do plan on trying this salad again. I did like the dressing. I only used 1 orange, as I didn’t want too much of a citrus taste to the dressing. It was still evident in the 1 orange that I used.
