I made this to dress the Confetti Kale Salad. I loved the flavors, although, since my limes were on the large side, I should have started with just two of them and then added the rest to taste. The lime was a bit overpowering. Maybe it will be better after sitting in the refrigerator all night.
Julie, can you use frozen mango for this recipe and if so how much would you use?
If I were to use a dried arbol chili for this recipe, how much would you recommend?
