  1. It turned out ok and I like it, but once again it’s so thick I can’t squeeze it unless I use both hands! Not sure what’s going on. Everything I make is good but too thick…I follow the recipe exactly. Any hints?

    1. Joy,
      We never use the preserving liquid in any recipes. Always drain it off. In this recipe do not press the liquid out of the tofu block. When this is required in a recipe it will state it clearly.

  2. I think sour cream dream gets better the longer it’s in the refrigerator. I do add a small amount of miso paste when I am blending to get a hint of salt. I used this on my unrefried beans and rice bowls I make and the sour cream dream was great to cool off the spicy fajitas. Thanks Julie!
