50/50 Salad Stuffed Potato Bowl Premium PD Recipe
In the winter when I want to veg it up with salad, I pair it with hot starch to stay warm while I munch on raw protection. While the potatoes are cooking, I chop my favorite salad veggies and toss them liberally with a Protective Diet oil-free sauce, salad dressing, or ferment brine. This saucy chopped salad becomes a flavor packed potato relish when served over hot mashed, baked, or freezer handy hash brown potatoes. Pairing well-dressed salads with piping hot potatoes make raw veggies enjoyable when my stay-warm-soup-and-a-blanket meal routine becomes boring.
