These baked potatoes originated in Sweden created by chefs at the Hasselbacken restaurant. When serving them to kids you can have fun calling them Accordion Potatoes or Pill Bug Potatoes. The slices in the potato make it perfect for topping with PD Butter Sauce. These potatoes are so popular you can purchase a hasselback potato cutting board to make it easier to slice.
