I just tried this ketchup and one of the best I’ve tasted and so easy! It will be my go to ketchup.
YUM! Thank you so much!!! We like added spices so I add 1/4 tsp each allspice, cinnamon, cloves and ginger.
I’d like to double and freeze — will that work?
I’ve never tried freezing this recipe. You may need to re-blend after defrosting.
Love this recipe! Just wanted to share that I found adding a dash of ground cloves gave it a little more depth of flavor and made it so my kids couldn’t tell the difference between it and brand name ketchup (I had them do a taste comparison).
1/8 t of ground cloves is just what I added and is awesome!
I’m not a big ketchup eater so I held off making this, sorry I waited! The name is perfect, KILLER KETCHUP!! It is better than any SAD version. Julie you did it again!! 🙂
this was really good, i still love the original too
This ketchup is awesome! My daughter loves it too:) I love the other ketchup as well!
Spot on! Like it better than the other one with the crushed pineapple.
Thank you!
Loved it!
Wow! What a “killer” recipe! I picked up a 1 lb. bag of erythritol today and could not wait to get home just to make ketchup. I love ketchup, but even the HFCS-free ketchup on the shelves contain too much sugar. Problem solved!
Better than store bought, but that shouldn’t come as a big surprise. This ketchup has a big flavor, thanks to the sugar substitute used. Gave my 8 year old some and he liked it. Gonna fake him out with the ketchup bottle trick. Who knows maybe I will get my wife too. Thanks Julie!
Excellent!
I did save my Trader Joe’s ketchup bottle and reused it with your first recipe using the crushed pineapple. Can’t wait to try this new one! My Erythritol is on it’s way.
Nailed it!!! :). Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
