  1. Holy pad thai batman! I’ve eaten a lot of vegan pad thai in my time on this planet and this one is the best by far. Guilt free, oil free, sugar free, nut free, gluten free, egg free, vegan Protective Diet’s pad thai. I wanted to (and possibly did) take a sip of the sauce. Super easy to make, and less time than waiting in a restaurant or for delivery. I subbed King sauce for the Awesome sauce and it was perfect. This will become a staple in my house for sure, Thank you Julie!

  2. I’ve never had Pad Tai before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. First, let me say I doubled the Awesome Sauce recipe because it tasted so good, I knew I’d want to put it on EVERYTHING.
    The first thing I noticed is how SWEET it is. The final sauce has restaurant quality flavors. This is a staple in our home now, no doubt about it.

  3. Made this today and it was a big hit! Having the sauces and Nutz prepared ahead really helped. The only thing I would change is re-heat the noodles a little after rinsing them. They cooled down too much from the rinse. Other than that, PERFECTION. Thanks so much.
