  • Watch PD-Ed Classes #032, #033 and #034 for detailed guidance on setting up your foundational PD Pantry over time.
  • Coupled with your fresh restock, these pantry items are the only essential ingredients needed to make PD recipes.
  • Get proficient with this inventory by sticking with Protective Diet Education recipes. Soon you will have it memorized.
  • Follow the guidance in PD-Ed Class #087 to maintain your pantry inventory at huge food cost savings.

Cooking Tips

  • Invest in an Air Popper for the most convenient, protective snack that’s perfect for the whole family.
  • Ice cream makers can be found at the thrift store in winter. Be sure it has all 4 pieces: the base, the freezer container, the mixing paddle and the plastic cover. Use an ice cream scoop for the PD Scoop and Storage System.
  • Use savings to buy organic parsley & leafy greens. They are pesticide-free and higher in nutrients because of higher soil quality.
  • If you don’t like parsley, keep tasting it. It’s a great way to get greens into your diet. The taste is slightly muted when it’s cooked.
  • Find international markets in your area for lower prices on many ethnic ingredients & fresh produce used on a Protective Diet.
  • The Blend Tec with 4-sided jar is essential for making creamy sauces, dressings, puddings and more. The Vitamix also works.

Student Q&A
