Banana Health Bread was my staple when I was going through my 30 day detox 5 years ago, and has remained a favorite every since, but I love this new Banana Bread Under Pressure—the flavor and the texture are so good! I have enjoyed it with alone with a cup of chai tea, and in a bowl with a scoop of French Vanilla Nice Cream—so good!

  4. the ease of pulling this together was amazing, however, the texture due to using meal for banana bread was disappointing. Just not a texture I’d want when thinking of eating banana bread. Flavor was there, just couldn’t get past the texture.
