I love these mushrooms – since the release of the yogurt – I simply use the yogurt at the batter. It’s simple and keep the mushrooms very moist. I now dip these in the buttermilk ranch dressing. If you have an air fryer – this is a good recipe to try in it. I air fry mine for 10-12 minutes on 400 but check them as all air fryers cook differently.

My hubby like to dip in a sauce, so can anyone recommend a killer sauce to dip these breaded mushrooms in? Thanks

King Sauce is the king of all protective diet sauces. I recommend clicking on the condiment recipe section. There are many to choose from.

Made these and liked the bread crumbs & coating as I was licking it off my fingers but then after baking them I didn’t really care for them, I may have over baked them and my mushrooms might’ve been too old. I will try again and repost my results.

I defrosted a bag of Trader Joe’s frozen artichoke hearts and made them using this recipe. LOVE artichokes but didn’t like the oil from frying so this is my new go-to recipe.
Thanks again.
