This gorgeous whole-grain cran-orange sugar-free seasonal treat is tart with a tender crunch incorporating DNA-repairing enzymes of citrus zest and optional fresh-milled wheat berries. Cranberries get their ruby red color from protective phytochemicals called Anthocyanins and Proanthocyanidins that protect us from free radicals that cause oxidative stress. Most cranberry recipes add sugar turning this anti-oxidant superfood into a pro-oxidant. Sugar is a pro-oxidant causing oxidative stress in the body that eliminates the benefits of eating cranberries. Oxidative stress accelerates aging and disease advancement. Gather and freeze fresh cranberries during the fall harvest for year-round protective incorporation. Tart cranberries will become an appealing flavor burst in your mouth as your tastebuds reprogram on a sugar-free Protective Diet.

This puts those expensive unhealthy coffee shop pastries to shame! This loaf is so full of flavor, you could even skip the icing!
I made the muffins and used poppyseeds instead of Chia seeds and added zest from one extra orange and I ate all of the muffins myself. Best ever.
I love this loaf more than life itself!
This loaf is amazing. It is like eating something special from the bakery- no holds barred. If you have not made it, make it, today!
I love the subtle crunch from the chia seeds. So good. I like to make this recipe as muffins. Yummy yummy!
