I made this dish in the instant pot with fresh green & wax beans-it was super fast and easy to throw together, and made a meal that my family really enjoyed. I served it freshly made tortillas, salsa roja, pintos & cheeze, soy yogurt for cream, and freshly chopped tomato and cilantro. Delicious!
