I LOVE this sushi rice! Other whole grain sushi rolls usually just want you to overcook your rice until it is sticky. Julie created this innovative recipe so that we can still have perfectly cooked rice with good texture while still making it sticky. I love eating this rice straight out of the pan, I do have to stop myself though because I have to save some of it to eat with the Japanese Mayo!!!
