  1. My daughters and I made PD Zucchini Fritters on Thursday evening along with PD Pretzel Rolls, PD Potato Wedges, PD French Onion Dip, and steamed edamame. I have to say my husband was loved this meal! The only change I will make the next time I make the fritters is cook them in the oven. I did not like how the fritters stuck to the parchment paper in my air fryer.

  2. I have had these fritters both as sandwiches topped with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and hot sauce stuffed in a pita pocket, as well as eaten as fritters topped with hot sauce and dunked in ranch dressing…love them both ways!
