Gomashio Premium PD Recipe

We are making and shaking this Japanese seasoning on just about everything. Simple steamed veggies become exciting. Add an additional layer of flavor to a Protective Diet Sushi Roll Bowl or a plate of Broccoli In Garlic Sauce. This low-sodium condiment is traditionally used in Japan to dress up a common bowl of rice and beans called Sekihan. Gomashio provides a flavor boost without the use of inflammatory sesame oil or craving-inducing soy sauce.
