    Julie, could you clarify what you mean in step 13 of the Directions: “including only ½ cup of gravy without mushrooms”. Thanks.

      Add in 1/2 cup of the prepared gravy. Avoid including mushrooms in this 1/2 cup measurement.

    The texture on this loaf was nice and chewy with savory flavor. I really enjoyed this, although my hubby wanted fewer mushrooms in the gravy. I told him I’d take all his. Great recipe!
