  1. This is a great dip or spread. One of my favorites for adding to a sandwich or spread on lavash and rolled up with sprouts or spinach. Truly a tasty treat with chips, veggies, or on a bagel. Yum!

  2. I have served this to all kinds of eaters…SAD, vegan, paleo, etc., and everyone has loved it and wanted the recipe! It is truly delicious and do easy to make…the only hard part is waiting 5 days for your yogurt to strain.
