This class emphasizes the foundational practice of eliminating off-plan foods 100% in order to heal at the cellular level, reverse disease and easily achieve your ideal body weight. Making every bite an on-plan bite that you enjoy, will reward you with feeling good. Feeling good will motivate you to keep going all the way to optimal health and a sustainable lifelong practice. 100% is the key.

PD-Ed Classroom & Archives: Learn the Science (Healing Thoughts)

  • Educate yourself with live & archived classes that help you replace thoughts of deprivation with informative, healing truth.
  • With every off-plan food your body takes a hit. The endothelium takes a hit. You are killing your immune system, making you susceptible to viruses, bacteria and disease. You are also maintaining the disease you already have.
  • One meal can keep the body in a diseased state. One smear of almond butter on your toast can keep diabetes in your life.
  • Every time you eat off-plan, your body uses resources, such as calcium from your bones, to alkalize that food.
  • Constant correction leads to a diseased state, such as osteoporosis.
  • Every time you eat, even vegetable-based fats, your blood flow becomes slow and sludgy, making you feel low energy.
  • Every time your body has to focus on correcting/alkalizing poor food choices, it takes energy and resources away from healing and repairing cells and protecting you from exposure to everyday toxins you cannot control, such as pesticides & harmful rays from the sun.   • Avoid Common Struggles

When you are not getting the results promised, there is an error in your diet/you are not practicing 100%. You might be:

Including off-plan foods on a daily, weekly or occasional basis (PAPD)

  • It only takes 2 ½ weeks to reprogram your taste buds and eliminate food cravings from your life.
  • Failing to completely eliminate off-plan foods will prevent disease reversal. Restaurant food almost always includes oil.
  • Doing this will delay your results and lead to discouragement. Keep it out 100% for fast results.

Blazing a trail when there is a clear path provided

  • Follow the paved path. It will get you there without struggle. That is the benefit of being in the PD-Ed Classroom.
  • Don’t make this harder than it needs to be. Focus on eliminating all off-plan foods 100% & let the healing happen.
  • Pick out recipes, make them and eat them. Make it easy by setting yourself up for success in the kitchen and pantry.

Stuck in the old diet mentality & thinking it has to be hard to be effective

  • You are accustomed to feeling challenged and restricted in diet programs and you equate this with effectiveness.
  • Not true. When things are easy and it feels good = more easy and more feeling good.
  • Get rid of the restrictive diet mentality and get to a place of excitement where you are making dinner parties with Greek Nachos and celebrating beautiful, healthy food.
  • A Protective Diet is designed so it’s enjoyable for the whole family and helps you achieve all of your goals without feeling like you are restricting. This is an abundant, sustainable lifelong practice.
  • Don’t worry about how much kale you are eating, or including broccoli in every bite. It’s what you take out that heals.
  • Make every bite an on-plan bite that you enjoy. It could be Breakfast Brownies and that is great!

Cooking Tips

  • Chopped dried onion is very protective. Frontier Foods Onion Powder and Chopped Dried Onion are superior in flavor.
  • Replace spices if they are not fragrant when you open them. They are no longer fresh and will make dull food.
  • Grilled Flatbread Pizza is Julie’s “go to” summertime meal and can be assembled in 10 minutes.

  • Make a commitment. You taking care of you is going to make you a better you for everyone around you. When you are feeling good, when you are happy, when you are securing your own mask first, everyone else is going to benefit from this.
